Felt Flat Roofs

Gravel or mineral chippings (optional for added protection)

Installation Process

Preparation: Clean and prepare the roof deck.
Base Layer: Apply the first layer of bitumen felt, adhering it to the roof deck.
Intermediate Layers: Add additional layers of felt, bonding each with bitumen.
Top Layer: Finish with a top layer of mineral-surfaced felt for added protection.

EPDM Rubber Flat Roofs

Overview

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber roofs are made from a synthetic rubber material, known for its durability and flexibility.
